All of our home workouts are divided into four categories;

Level 1 Workouts, suitable for mums with a more than 2 finger wide abdominal separation and/or very early post natal with a palpably weak midline.

Level 2 Workouts, suitable for mums with a 2 finger or less wide abdominal separation with a weak midline.

Level 3 Workouts, suitable for mums with abdominal separation that has completely or nearly closed and/or the midline has good tension.

Level 4 Workouts, suitable for mums who are and feel fully restored. Midline can withstand pressure created by ‘heavy’ and standard rotational work.

If you are not sure which level you are please contact your Vibe Fit Mum Trainer.

BULGING AND DOMING OF THE ABDOMEN WHILE WORKING IS A CLEAR SIGN THAT CONTROL HAS BEEN LOST. TAKE CARE NOT TO OVER-EXERT YOURSELF.

Please consult your Doctor or Healthcare Professional before beginning this or any other exercise or nutrition plan. Only follow these workouts once you have had your check-up with your doctor AND you have been told it is safe for you to follow this exercise programme. You should always warm up before beginning any workout and you should never exercise beyond the level at which you feel comfortable. If at any time you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities or feel discomfort, you should discontinue exercising.
